| Provincial Tyler Ernie Gavan noticed that the Provincial Sword Stand was in need of some repair and Dep PGK Keith Beardmore suggested that W. Bro John Powell a skilled Artisan in wood crafting might help. John suggested a new stand but required some suitable material for the job. | |

| Keith came up with some oak, left over as part of his refurbishment in his home and John set to work and produced the marvelous new stand pictured. This should serve the Province for many years to come and compliments the magnificent Provincial Sword | |
